Its location is closer to the airport. The free breakfast and free charter to the airport.
The rooms were not clean! I changed rooms to find a working TV! One bedroom had a bathroom very dirty with bedding not changed!!

Disappointing
The price and the location
No housekeeping service was provided even though we requested it before leaving for the day. Had to go ask for fresh towels at 11pm when we returned for our second night and the staff’s attitude was really nonchalant when we mentioned about the housekeeping

The shower was clogged up. It wasn't clean, the bedding was soiled. Could not get drinks with a credit card. Shuttle was normal openback truck.

serious staff, not client friendly, noisy refrigerator, can’t sleep. TV did not work properly, and a smell of mold exists in the room.
I saw a cockroach in the kitchen and I stopped going to the kitchen. Waste of money cause it was non refundable.

Great place to stay. There was a 24 hour reception which was very helpful considering my flight didn't arrive until 1am. Staff was kind and helpful. The room was super clean and beds very comfortable.
Very quiet nights sleep. It was close to the airport and very well priced. Also included breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was clean and appeared to be newly updated (new sink, tub and faucets and new tile floor). The breakfast was quite decent considering the reasonable price of the room (toast, bagels, muffins, etc. as well as pancakes and eggs in a warmer and coffee, tea, etc.). We thought it was just right for our purposes (a one-night stay after a cancelled flight from YUL). It served us well and they even arranged a free ride for us to the airport in the morning even though their own shuttle van had broken down.
The building was old (though they clearly had made effort to make updates and keep it clean) so the room smelled slightly musty and the floors were very squeaky. The room was about what we had expected for the price we paid.

It was cheap and close to the airport and main roads . A simple breakfast was included . The water pressure in the shower was very good
Our room felt worn and uncared for - the heater panel was loose though the unit did work. The bedsheets were a little thin .

Nothing at all, am not gonna lie. Everything form the beginning was terible.
The heaters & Ac in the room don’t work and it winter can you imagine. They had to give me another room which was dirty with stains on sheets, carpets dirty etc
No personal use items in the bathroom like body wash, lotion can you imagine that.
I requested for an early check in which they agreed too but ended up charging me extra $10 for every hour towards the 3pm check-in even when they didn’t have a room ready.
I was sleeping and the cleaner opened the door without knocking thinking no one was there.
I can go the whole day, but let stop there!!
Jus find another hotel in other wards.
