Location, airport shuttle and decent rooms.
Had an early morning international flight and requested a 4am wake up call. It was extremely fortunate that I didn’t sleep well as if I hadn’t we would have missed our flight as the confirmed wake up call was never received. I have been contacted by the hotel (email) who have promised to get a hold of me as they have expressed their desire to make things right with us. We are awaiting their further contact.

Very close to Trudeau Airport and shuttle is free that runs every 30 mins.
Staff very helpful. Pool and exercise room are beautiful.
The in room heaters are a bit noisy. However with them turned off the room stayed comfortable for sleeping all night in late February.

Close to airport. Confortable.
The telephone in the room wasn’t working. Not safe. No code on the phone to call reception. The location of the iron and iron board are not e1sy to find in the room. I had to call with my phone the calling center of Aloft hotel to get a iron and iron board delivered at my room. Never saw his before when I travel.

The location was right near the airport which was what I wanted. The room was great-both bed and shower- and the front staff was helpful.
Instructions on how to get out of the parking lot were not explained so I had to go back in and ask.

It was close to airport. It is clean and comfy. They had fresh fruit and nice food choices.
It was noisy. Through the night, I kept getting woken up by people talking, slamming doors, etc.

The room design is excellent and very efficient - lots of space to spread out your stuff and a nice big bench big enough for two open suitcases.

The hotel is clean and well set up. I had to stay because of an emergency lay over during a winter storm.
There could have been more power outlets but it's a minor complaint.
