Unfortunately, there was nothing I liked about this stay.
DON’T COME HERE!
This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I accidentally booked a smoking room even though I don’t smoke, and I was charged an additional $55 just to switch rooms, which felt unreasonable. When I entered the room, there was a wet towel hanging on the front door, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. I am not a customer that complains about every little thing but i should that night. The bed cover also had a stain on it, and instead of addressing it properly, the staff accused me of causing it and charged me $60. Paying over $200 is overpriced for the condition of the room and the service I received. Never again! Just terrible!

NOTHING
booked for a non-smoking room the stunk of cigarettes and weed requested a change of rooms due to the smell and was told i have to pay a 20 dollar change of room fee. they offered to spray air freshener in the room refsued to refund my money refused me to speak to a manager this went on for 2.5 hours. Another guest came in screaming and yelling punching the plastic barrier and visa machine after that i was offered a change in room with no fee next to a party or pay. This place is a joke DO NOT STAY HERE
