This was our second time staying at this hotel but the first time bringing our dog. I called the hotel a day before our trip and requested an early check in & a room away from the lift. The hotel honoured our request and gave us a bigger room too. We used the valet service and had room service. Everything was great! The sound proofing around was great, we all slept well & our dog was not disturbed by outside noise. We highly recommend this hotel whether you’re travelling with your pet or not.

Pleasant
Restaurant was good, swimming pool and deck area was great. Staff was friendly. And location was great.
No way to properly park in front of the hotel, valet service was missing anyone when we arrived. No concierge to help with our bags when we first arrived. We had to bring the bags and stroller in ourselves. The amenities shouldve been better explained when we arrived. For the price, it didn't feel like a 5 star experience. Probably around 3-4 star.

That it was sustainability focused and that there were plants everywhere! It was clear that wellness and clean living was the focus, down to the food.
