Late night after many hours flying, bar and restaurant closing
They accommodated us quickly, very kind bar and restaurant staff. Front desk staff friendly, as well morning restaurant staff.The Room was immaculate, comfortable king with all of lovely linens and duvet ,and so quiet, with airport view. Totally recommend.

They accommodated us quickly, very kind bar and restaurant staff. Front desk staff friendly, as well morning restaurant staff.The Room was immaculate, comfortable king with all of lovely linens and duvet ,and so quiet, with airport view. Totally recommend.

Front desk staff were welcoming and apologetic for the exceedingly loud political rally party taking place in the lobby bar; additionally the manager reached out to me to apologize and offer “compensation” for an incident
the incident of finding a used feminine hygiene product (wrapper I think) in my bath towels while addressed with an apology by management was concerning and the “compensation” was 2 free breakfasts, while I replied back advising that I had breakfast meetings outside of the hotel and could not use their offer, there was no reply to that email and no additional compensation offered. Room did not have a room service menu, I went to the restaurant to get one and was given menus and no told a room service menu would be delivered by housekeeping, no menu came; I ended up eating in the restaurant as no menu was brought to my room

Room large, bed comfortable, some amenities okay. Shuttle good.
Dated bathroom, old bathtub, not as fresh and clean as should be. It was as if room had been empty for a time and bathroom and surfaces not freshly cleaned. Painted doors and trim needed wash/paint as not clean and trim chipped. Elevators..stained, old carpets. Other available rooms similar. Needs an update and thorough cleaning.

How close it was to the airport.
The phone number to be picked up was ringing busy constantly so that was frustrating. Other than that it was good.
