Handy location
Hugely expensive cost for what was provided. No restaurant, bar shut at 10pm - at >$1000/night!!!
Small inside room, window facing an internal space, next to the lift (noisy!).

Location was great. that was the only positive side.
I had three bookings at this hotel and paid a CAD 150 deposit three times. One of the deposits was never refunded. I emailed the manager, as he had provided me with his contact details, but I did not receive a response.
On my last day, I was also charged twice for breakfast due to an error, and the amount was deducted from my deposit. That money was not refunded either.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location near Union Station was perfect. Staff and hotel were great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Humble Donkey was good.
Having the reserved signs in the humble Donkey in the evening was confusing. Without asking we would have been forced to leave as it looked like it was all booked up We did see a couple people leave when they saw people all over the place and empty reserved tables. The room wasn't as soundproof as some places we have stayed at recently.

i liked that the hotel provided a darker towel with "makeup" embroidered on it and robes for after a shower but the conditioner was actually very nice on my hair.
the tv was off center from the bed and you have to walk all the way across the room to take your shoes off and put them in the closet. there was only one light in the whole room so it made it very hard to get ready in the morning.

Super cute boutique hotel that’s EXTREMELY conveniently located!
The lobby bar wasn’t open at hours posted, but there are cans/bottles available at reception!
