The thing housing the Keurig pods promised 'milk & cream' in the fridge" but the only options were powdered Coffee Mate envelopes. No mile or cream in the fridge. Didn't love that.
The tablet in the room didn't work so for Guest Services I sent a text message requesting room service. I had to sent a prompt about 45 mins later to the suggested number provided in my check in package.
Overall the room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable but the level of service I was expecting did not meet my expectations, given the rate.

Great brunch before checking in, close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops for a day out. Staff were very friendly and got a room upgrade on arrival. Lovely room with all amenities and very comfy bed. Great hotel with cool vibe. Would recommend

Location of hotel was good for my purposes. Airco was very quiet. Front desk very helpful.
Room was not cleaned during my stay as cleaning personnel turned up in the late afternoon when I was in the room. Times of cleaning were not communicated.

Very unique and eclectic hotel! Very clean and Hotel Staff were amazing!
Bed wasn't super comfortable and there was a noise throughout the night like banging on pipes or it sounded like someone was throwing a pin pong ball down the halls. Never did find out what is was and am sure it was an isolated noise.
