The breakfast is horrible frozen croissant mean personnal not professional at all you can call several time and wait lot of hours to have what you need on room service like water tea etc they refuse automaticly early cheik-in and late check-out will never go back there aigain

Everything as it should be at a St.Regis
Valet parking was exorbitantly expensive
Louis Louis frontdesk staff are weird as always - they made us wait unnecessarily while tending to customers who came in later, despite us having a reservation. Servers are very well trained and professional though

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.
