Great hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. They did an outstanding job with the extra amenities which were purchased for the stay. The room was great and bathroom was amazing. Highly recommend to stay here.
There was some construction in the main lobby which is not ideal.

I LOVED the heated bathroom floors and my husband LOVED the comfy king sized bed.
There were at times during the night where we could hear the people in the hallway. The doors were not sound proof but luckily the bed is far from the door but you could still here it especially if you're a light sleeper.

The location and the staff was great.
Our hotel room’s A/C was broken and had to sleep with a fan and window open which made sleeping at night impossible.

The bath room was fantastic - heated floors were luxurious and the soaker tub really set the experience apart from other hotels! The size of the room was remarkable and a very thoughtfully stocked minibar.
We also had a lovely peek-a-boo view of the Skydome - a city plus!
my few, minor dislikes were: I prefer for the bed to be facing the TV, I would have preferred not having to download an app for room service, and the pool was too cold to swim in - I usually love an early morning swim

Susie was a doll and I loved her. I know I’m a little bit scatterbrained so I really appreciated. Everyone’s patience around me as I was new around the area. I am definitely coming back. Everything about the place was exactly what I was looking for.

Location was great. Close enough with a short Uber ride to Queen Street for shopping and nice restaurants, but far enough away it wasnt too loud. Pretty basic city view but we had a view of the adorable dog run which we liked!
The room was very large for us two, with different types of ambient lighting, automatic blinds and curtains, and a super comfy bed. It was nice and dark for sleeping in but allowed for a lot of natural light with the blinds open.
The bathroom was luxurious! Heated floors and a soaker tub! Much needed for relaxing
Through no fault of the hotel staff, the restaurant attached wasn't our favorite. But there were some other great selections in the area and the café made great coffee.
