Very Good
Location was pretty good, the hotel was easy to reach with the subway and on foot. The room was pretty nice and the breakfast was ok by North American standards, meaning pretty modest by European ones...
Housekeeping was only every second day... So staying for four nights meant the room was cleaned up only once. Some members of staff were a bit indifferent towards us, especially the guy at the front desk while checking-in left a negative first impression of the hotel, but luckily there were a couple of exceptions, too.

Pleasant
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Having to pay for parking on top of the fee for the room.
There were only two gluten free options and they weren't great.
The lighting in the room was bad.

Poor
I didn't like much about the hotel, but I was happy that they fully refunded my 2 night stay due to my terrible experience.
I am shocked this hotel is allowed to bear the Hilton name! I always thought the Hilton was a well reputed business. It wasn't until after that I noticed the 2 1/2 star rating!
Breakfast was just ok - average.
As a disabled person using a wheelchair I was unable to reach anything as everything was pushed all the way to the back of the very deep counter. It would have been a bit more accessible if the items were in the middle.
If a less tall person tried to reach breakfast items, they couldn't, even if the items were in the middle.
The elevators were too narrow as was the door frame to my room. As a result I damaged my wheelchair and bruised myself up. The repair to my chair was very costly and I will be seeking to recover these funds from the Hilton head office.
The room I booked was supposed to be accessible, but it wasn't. As a result I had to go to the accessible washroom on the main floor and was unable to shower at all.

Exceptional
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, and this time the room was much bigger and comfortable. The view was spectacular. It had two windows overlooking the front of the hotel and the park across the street. This time too the bathroom was divided, with a separate toilet and shower from the sink, which I really liked. The bed, the pillows, the cleanliness and the tasty and varied breakfast were as always excellent. And of course, the affection shown to pets was very good.
The only thing they should consider, is installing safety boxes, just for the peace of mind of leaving everything important locked away, even though I know the place is very safe.
