Lovely hotel and the staff were really great. The concierge (Vanessa & Erica) and breakfast server Ewa deserve a special mention. Room was a great size and the bathroom was very nicely done with a large shower. Hotel is in a great location and a short walk to the subway TTC station.
Not much to be honest. Only annoying thing was the bedside table which was very small but that's a very minor point.

The breakfast way delicious, especially the sour dough pancakes! Love the spa. Very tranquil and my treatment (massage) was amazing! The complimentary car service was helpful too but you had to be quick to book it.
The return of our incidentals hold on our credit card could’ve been returned faster.

The breakfast is not up to the level. Options are limited and coffee was not good quality. The staff at the reception was not great neither. The receptionist asked for an ID 3-4 times, and we got irritated as we had a super long flight and were tired.
