The staff was top notch from start to finish very personable. The house keeping staff noticed our sink wasn't draining properly and that the battery was low on the door security. Victoria went above and beyond to get these matters looked after promptly without any disruption or inconvenience to our stay . The maintenance staff and security staff were very professional.
We had lovely room overlooking the pool and a view of the CN tower.
We were here for a dance competition that happened to be on the Jays opening weekend. I had my 2 night Fri Sat room booked since Aug 2025. Which at that time the rooms were about $250. 00 more than last year same time same room 1 room 2 double beds .
I tried to book a third night about a month and a half ago . The price for the same room Thurs night was almost $700.00 . I only stayed 2 nights

Special touches in the room; great pool area; amazing buffet breakfast with amazing staff in the restaurant.
There could have been a few more kids' channels on the TV e.g. Treehouse or Disney Junior, but it wasn't a big issue.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was absolutely clean. The mini bar was absurd expensive so we did not use it. The elevator kept us hostage for a few minutes until we realized (having not been told) that the room key card turned the elevator on..... Good for security but confusing for a moment.
Parking was absurd. Like wow.... 70 dollars for 24 hours... Room price was not as booked. But given they gave us early access we did not complain.

Excellent location
(1) No provision of a long mirror in the room space for easy accessibility, didn’t have to be attached to the wardrobe.It wasn’t convenient to use that way.
(2) No prior knowledge of deposit i had to pay.
(3) No knowledge i am entitled to daily complimentary/free bottled water.
