The room was spacious and quiet
The front desk staff were professional and helpful.
The breakfast was substantial - which we needed, as we were flying to Europe.
The shuttle was a plus and the driver very courteous.

The hotel was comfortable, staff was great. the free coffee an tea 24/7 was a blessing, and the Breakfast was absolutely sensational. Great way to start the day! The shuttle to the airport was effortless. Really liked this hotel.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, play pen was available for my baby and the shuttle was easy to take.
The pillows were so uncomfortable I barely slept. My husband didn't even use one. They were way too fluffy and big so they hurt our necks. I wish breakfast was earlier as we had to leave at 6 on the shuttle and it didn't start until 6. Maybe even having fruit or muffins available would be nice. Doesn't have to be a hot early breakfast.
