Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities and a good elevator. Also the airport shuttle was great.
Major complaints: I was charged $25 for parking when I didn’t park at the hotel (or have a car). I was not even asked about having a vehicle. I told this to the front counter staff and was told the charge was removed but the new bill showed the $25 charge remaining.
Minor complaints: the promoted outdoor patio was in bad shape, very neglected and unattractive. The service at the cafe/restaurant was not good and very slow and the food is very non descript. The front counter staff was for the most part a little unfriendly.

The staff was great and did their best to accommodate us. We were upgraded to a suite which made our stay more comfortable. We made use of the pool which was nice. The hotel location is also very convenient.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. Also we were on the same floor as a group of disruptive guests who allowed their kids to play hockey in the hallway which was very noisy and we had to keep walking through their game to get to the elevator. Aside from that our stay was great.

Good sized room, great for sitting and watching the planes coming in to land.
Shuttle service offered to and from the airport.
The bar / restaurant area is lacking in character and closes early (22:30/22:00) which is a bit restrictive when arriving late.
