The room was quite old. Definitely requires a refurbishment. It felt like time had stood still.

The location is perfect and very central to transit and shopping. Loved the fridge and microwave which allowed for some leftovers to be taken back which saved money. As well, the gym was great for a workout. Didn’t try the sauna or hot tub but they both appeared well maintained.

Breakfast options were great. Impressive selection of food and drinks. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the room unique and a nice surprise

The suite was incredibly spacious, offering a magnificent view of the city. While the price is on the higher side, it is well justified by the hotel’s central downtown location and the quality of its facilities.

The staff were very friendly and very quick to respond to requests
The sofa bed is not comfortable and it would be much better if the TV's were smart TVs so you can use streaming apps. There was nothing good to watch on cable the whole stay
