Big space, & comfortable
When I arrived, there was a yellow circle stain in the middle of the sheets on the bed. Also, didn’t realize I was only given one towel and not two when I got out of the shower and there wasn’t one for me. I had to use my boyfriend’s wet towel.

Great facility, love the rooms as they work well for our family along with the kitchenette... great location and very clean and attentive staff. Will continue to stay here and will recommend to friends and family.
It would be helpful to have thicker mats to put your shoes or boots especially during winter as you end up tracking all the snow and salt into the room. Also, the Breakfast could be a little better but overall is great value.

The manager and staff are always pleasant and accommodating, especially Jolly and the cleaning team. We love staying at the Executive Regency. The location is excellent, with great access to shopping and plenty of dining options.

First of all, their pool was closed for some reason, we had to access the pool next door. The room was not bad but the sofa cum bed in the living room had nasty stains and super uncomfortable. The beds in the room were so much uncomfortable, we all had sour backs every morning. The breakfast had almost no
Options for vegetarians, only the waffle and some muffins thats it. All 4 days we had the same breakfast, I feel so bad thinking about it now. Room cleaners got in to our room to clean without our permission. This is not worth my money at all I literally paid 700$+ for this. Very upset, would like to have a refund.

Overall very clean , quiet and newer facility . Room layout is very functional . Ample parking space . Breakfast was ok ( not too fancy but meet the purpose). Swimming pool is very small . Kind of kids pool . Close to heartland shopping centre and connecting highway 401

Amazingly clean and quite. Air-conditioning is super cool. The staff are really nice. They have that clothes washing area, super nice and always available to wash clothes. That was very convinient.
The hotel could do better at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel very welcome and always helped with anything I needed. My room was cozy, quiet, and perfectly clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I would be happy to come back here on my next trip.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel during my business trip to Mississauga. I paid $270 for just one night (only about 11 hours) because I always try to book clean, comfortable places. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I booked a room with 3 beds, but when I arrived around 11:45 PM after a long and exhausting day, I found a cockroach in the room. I even took a video for proof. I immediately returned to reception with my bags and showed the staff. At first, they tried to switch me to a room with only 2 beds, which I refused because I had already paid for 3. Only after insisting did they finally give me another room with 3 beds. Why not just provide that room right away instead of trying to downgrade me?
The second room was not much better — the AC was so noisy that I could barely sleep. On top of that, in the morning I went to use the pool, only to find it completely empty and not in service. There was no mention of this when booking, which feels misleading.
Overall, I feel I paid $270 for nothing. Between the cleanliness issue, the noisy AC, the hassle with my booking, and the false advertising about the amenities, I honestly don’t see the difference between this hotel and a low-grade motel. Very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
