The room was small but adequate for one night prior to an early flight. There was no parking on-site (the limited parking at the hotel was full) so we had to park a few km away and get a shuttle back. This was inconvenient on our return when we had to do the reverse.
The bed was comfortable.
Our room had no windows.

Disappointing
Close to airport.
The property exterior is completely misleading from the photos on booking.com. It turned out to be rooms over top of a Subway and shwarma restaurant in a strip mall. Nowhere close by for breakfast. The decor was unpleasant, pictures hanging crooked, stains on the wall. The toilet was leaking noisily and when reported to the front desk I was told to turn the water off from behind the toilet if it bothered me! I went to take a shower and the faucet handle fell off into the tub! The shower made a terrible noise. I don’t know how this place would pass a building inspection. On arrival, I called for a shuttle as instructed but received a message I couldn’t connect with that number, twice. I had to pay a $20 Uber. One reason I had selected the hotel was because it offered a free shuttle. The shuttle to the airport the next day was in poor condition. Not at all what I was expecting based on the booking ad. Overall disappointing.

It’s fairly close to the airport. The morning staff member was very pleasant.
It seemed sketchy - it looks rundown (walls are all dinged, dirty and scratched in the halls, fixtures are cheap), it has terrible interior sound proofing, the room was way too light (inadequate curtains), the toilet ran, the toiletries were of poor quality, and the staff member who greeted us was sullen.

Easy walk from terminal 3 if you don’t want to wait for the free shuttle.
My room was huge. Bathroom was very clean. Room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.

All I needed was a comfortable bed to get a good sleep in before my early morning flight. NU is simple and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and quick.
First impression I was a little concerned that it might not be so comfortable, but I found it great (the large amount of snow might have contributed to my first impression - not something they could do anything about).

Shuttle worked in a timely way to and from the airport. Bed was comfortable for me. Location was good also. Did not need anything else. Checkin was good and so was check out.

I couldn’t shower or flush the toilet and charged for two nights as I couldn’t make it the first night but was thankful I only did one night as we couldnt shower or use toilet so was advised they would talk to manager and I keep getting told I’ll look into. I was advised I could maybe get a discount but was charged the full amount.
