The breakfast was a nice display and the first two days were really good and staff was nice.. the last day Monday the server was really grumpy and rude. I believe hos name was Donald. I told him the waffle mix was empty and he just said oh well .
The pool was ice cold. No sauna no jacuzzi. It was so cold there it would have been so nice to have a sauna or jacuzzi to warm my body up

Good for short stay. Polish girl at the reception was very kind and helpful.
I booked via Booking.com but the hotel refused to give me the invoice arguing I paid to Booking .com while the web site of Booking. com is clearly stating they can't provide a valid invoice that it is the establishment which has to give me an invoice for a tax purposes. I always have this problem in this particular hotel.

Great location, bed was ok, soft in the middle. Unexpectedly tasty, well balanced Raman (should be udon) in the hotel restaurant, not MSG style, a thumbs up for the chef!
Sometimes quite noisy in the corridor, but very minor compared to the positives. It would be a plus if an additional small couch other than only the chair, after all, it’s a double queen bed room.
