The place is clean and the stuff are helpful and friendly.
Can hear the person next door loud snore. And the air vent are way too loud. sounded like a big industrial fan.

The breakfast was alright and the facilities were clean. The bed was comfy and we had what we needed in the room. The hotel was bright and not overcrowded.
The staff were a little cold and unhelpful. The debit and credit machines weren't working or at least wouldn't take my cards and the staff wasnt very welcoming or helpful in the whole check in process. They also made a comment to my husband about me being unhappy during check in when he went to collect his deposit upon check out. Made the situation even more unhelpful.

The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job, and the cleanliness throughout the room was exceptional. Everything was well-organized and refreshed daily, which made my stay very comfortable.
I was disappointed by the attitude of the reception staff. When I requested some extra tea bags to be sent to my room, I was told, “Come to take them,” without any apology or polite explanation, such as saying that no one was available to deliver them. I completely understand if this is the hotel’s policy, but the manner in which it was communicated came across as rude and unprofessional.

The breakfast food was nice and hot, and it was freshly prepared. Coffee was very good and so was the orange juice, etc. Dinning area cleaned.
I didn't like the young kids and teenagers standing next to the juice dispenser, pulling through their hair, and removing the rubber band from their hair. Hair flying around the food.

We were attending a multi-event family wedding and the location was extremely convenient - no more than 15 minutes from any of the events.
Appreciated having two rooms just across the hall for our family to share. Thanks!
A bit more thorough cleaning of the floor, please. Found hair and dust balls left over from previous guests.

Nice and clean, and water fountain to fill up the water and elevators right beside the back entrance. Close parking
Breakfast was ok. Some noise from the lobby early morning. When , went to checkout. The only person from reception had left somewhere upstairs and had to wait for atleast 5 minutes for her to return. There should be someone to stand in for the reception. Wifi had to be reconnected every morning by forgetting the network and reentering the password. It should have been one time connection for the length of the stay

Beautifully well thought out decor.
The pillows were awful! King sized pillows that have been folded in half so many times there is no longer any stuffing right at the spot a head goes. All of the pillows were like this.
Also, when we asked for extra blankets, we were given two double sized fitted sheets, and were told that’s all they had.

Clean, staff friendly, reception desk very receptive. Water station and coffee/tea bar a plus. Location is ideal for anything to do in Mississauga.
Adjacent rooms can be noisy. Protein option as pork wasn’t the best.
