Clean, comfortable room, with early morning shuttle to airport.
The HVAC fan was incredibly loud, and kept going on and off at regular intervals during the night. Even with earplugs, I still woke up.

The place is tired and the rooms need a refresh. The person doing late night checkin was hard to understand and not very helpful.

The room is nicely appointed. Lighting at the bedside is good. Heating is responsive and easy to control.
It is nice to have several pillow options on the beds.
Parking was plentiful but expensive (currently $35 per night).
The price of parking is too high.

Nice and close to the airport and free shuttles to the airport.
Nothing I can think of. We only stayed for 1 night after our flight got cancelled due to weather so I can’t say much.

We liked the hotel’s proximity to the Pearson Airport and its convenient shuttle service that was no extra charge. The lobby area has easy access to its restaurant and also a snacks for purchase area. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
