It was so close to the airport which helped as we had a short lay over on our connecting journey

Under renovations do noisy during the day. We stayed on the 8th floor which has been renovated. Beautiful walking shower, tile and furniture. Beds comfy and room very clean and new.
Shuttle service was a ‘cattle call’ in the morning. We reserved seats the night before for the 6 am shuttle. No one cared in the am so folks just get on as fast as they can to get a seat. We were the last to get on and there was a lobby full of people that had to wait for the shuttle to return. A buffet breakfast is served at 6 am but many groups of folks leave before. We were told that there were ‘bag’ breakfasts in the am for folks leaving before the buffet was open. This morning they ran out by 5:30 am?? Then were told that the numbers were limited. Not great news if you are now stressed about missing the first shuttle !
Not impressed - please give us a lower hotel rate and we will get our own breakfast and call an Uber when we are ready to go to the airport.

Room was very large and very well kept. Everything was clean and in almost brand new condition
The facilities and front desk staff were awesome, the lady in the breakfast area was fairly snippy to people as well as us. But we never let it bother us.

The overnight clerk was so kind and helpful. Both on the phone and at the front desk. His customer service was a breath of fresh air. He should be a valued employee and promoted and encouraged to continue his good service. What a relief! I would return just having someone that kind and helpful. Service is everything
Perhaps a 5:30 breakfast start. We just missed it but so did about 20 other people trying to catch their flight
