This is the worst Hotel ever. They stole my car from the parking lot; literally first parking spot near entrance to hotel.

Good location, from our window we could see planes landing so the kids were thrilled. There is everything you need for a good holiday: we used the pool, laundry, bistro. Very clean, comfortable beds. Everything is in good condition, the staff is very friendly. The staff at the bistro are very helpful - we asked for plates and glasses a couple of times and they always helped us.
There isn't enough storage space. There were four of us (two children) and there wasn't enough space to put things away. And the microwave is only in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient with children.

Nice rooms, good area with transport links to city and airport.
Extra rollout bed requested before stay, not in room first night but told try next day. Next day told that fire regs meant an extra bed was not permitted. Would have liked to be told truth when booking.

This is not our first visit. The facilities were nice and clean. Staff was very courteous and polite. Wifi was great. We did not try the breakfast so unable to comment on this.

Location, comfort and parking
The shower stall in room 419 keep leaking. Had to use towels to keep the floor dry.
It did not include breakfast and that was an issue since I traveled with family.
