Proximity to the airport, courteous staff, good value for money, nice restaurant attached to the hotel. (No breakfast included but the complimentary coffee was quite good!)
Though the property was clean and comfortable, it is quite dated and needing some upgrades. (Wallpaper, bathroom tiles, carpet).

Due to a flight cancellation, I was stranded at the Toronto airport. The hotel shuttle was perfect, and it arrived quickly at the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the shuttle returned me to the airport the following day.

TV set not functional. Reported the issue 3 times to no avail. Hotel is dated! Room poorly cleaned. Restaurant claims a take-out order takes 15-20 minutes. After waiting for 49 minutes, I left. Breakfast takes forever for there's only ONE person waiting tables. There's no help yourself but rather wait for the waiter to show up and wait for your order to materialize. Some front desk personnel very argumentative and rude. The manager had a professional attitude and attempted to resolve the tv issue. It's unlikely that I would return to this joint. Hotel Sandman -just across the street- excels Comfort Inn in every field.
