The room was very nice and comfortable. Loved our view as we had a lakeview.
We were on the second floor and we still heard every car drive by in the middle of the night?
There was a lot of confusion with the elevator and the keys would only let you get to your floor. I understand security but this was just confusing to everyone on the elevator.

Absolutely fabulous staff who make your stay perfect. Incredible views of both the city and lake from our corner suite. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in…and we’ve travelled extensively.

The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views from the room. Comfortable beds.
The lighting. The lights in the bathroom were difficult to figure out and often wouldn't turn on. The coffee machine!
