Wonderful
The apartment was clean, relatively spacious and well organized and had everything we needed. The Nespresso coffee maker and the included coffee pods ensured good coffee in the morning. The quiet location was perfect for anyone visiting a child at UBC, though a little off the beaten track for visiting other Vancouver locations.
The parking was a little bit of a walk if one had a family with small children and much luggage. The connection for the television was very slow and the TV signals died for several minutes at a time before spontaneously starting back up. There did not seem to be machines for a can of soda or a snack in the building though a small store in Gage tower was a short walk away.

I like the cleanliness in the room. What I did not like is the lock on the main door was broken. And also, the know for the light is missing.
