I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Service was good. Bed was comfortable.
It was inconvenient to have to walk through an alley to get in and out of the hotel. The main entrance was damaged due to a burst pipe and closed off.

Great location, a couple blocks from Coal Harbour, lots of restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, especially the open fire pits on the patio. The room was one of the largest we've stayed in- spacious, bright, and spotless, including a fridge and Nespresso maker. The best part was the service- every staff greeted us by name and were always so helpful! We were even able to check in really early, which was appreciated after a VERY early flight!
I wish the outdoor hot tub was open past 7:00pm.

We arrived at the Paradox entrance where a staff member directed us to the entrance in a small back lane. On arrival we unloaded the car only to be told that the hotel was closed due to a flood. The hotel rebooked us into another property - no communication prior to our arrival nor since.but we acknowledge they found us an equivalent level hotel room and paid for it but honestly it would and should have been possible to individually email or at least have a banner on the website
