No hospitality, front desk and valet were extremely rude No refreshments in the mini fridge for a ‘5 start’ hotel very bad and upsetting stay. Never would recommend paradox to anyone

Not the property’s fault but our gps kept taking us to the restaurant instead of the hotels front entrance located in the back alley. We figured it out eventually

Very clean. Modern good looks.
Main entrance in an alley felt weird. Nightclub gave strange vibes to place on weekend. Room was overly minimalist—an armchair or a small table with chairs would have made the place much more comfortable. There wasn’t even a single flat surface in the room with the toilet. Design didn’t really seem user-friendly, even though it looked Instagramable. The value of the property might have been more evident on a higher floor. The impressive floor to ceiling windows looked out onto office buildings from our 8th floor room.

I’ve stayed here lots spent lots of money there cause usually it’s really good
No where to park my motorcycle which made the entire stay super inconvenient I couldn’t go anywhere the coffee maker was broken every time I ordered room service my food was wrong and the two hour couples massage is a complete scam they aren’t rmts and the charge the same price as one they really hurt my back cause they don’t know what they’re doing and it’s not a two hour couples massage it’s like 45 minute massage and then hang out in a dumb room for an hour it’s complete trash
