The staff. Non caring, issues from the very beginning. 1 bed had sheets and the other did not. Sauna wasn’t working. Called twice and they finally said it was working. Asked for 2 more robes in the room and they brought coffee creamer.. I’m not sure if they’re just going through a staffing issue, but they didn’t seem to care like they should in an expensive high end hotel like the Pan Pacific. I won’t’ stay there again.

The rooms were great
The check in was so slow. There was also a large highschool group checking in at the same time, took away the luxury feel of the hotel completely. My partner and I couldn’t even use the pool or spa as they were all mucking around in there the whole evening. Even in the morning, teens were being loud and made us uncomfortable.
