Lots of options for breakfast. Room was spacious. Location was perfect. You can walk to everything in downtown Vancouver. Highly recommend if staying for a longer stay as there is a full kitchen if needed with young kids.
Only thing that could have been better is if there was a bar on site that you can enjoy an evening drink and some bar snacks.

The lady at the check in was difficult to deal with she had a different check in method then the other employee . I had a friend check in a the same time and I had to pay everything up front while they did not have to pay.felt like she singled me out

The room was so sizeable and comfortable for me and my twin teens. Amazing downtown views out the window and great facilities with a fridge and microwave everything! bathroom was a good size too. Loved it. I also thought the room was real value for money. Plus snacks for kids in the lobby was a bonus.
Breakfast wasn't great because one day there was french toast and then nada rest of time but also just the queues to make toast or a bagel were long and slow I hate that so every day I would just get some scrambled egg and a coffee which didn't seem worthwhile - still hungry hour later.
