The room was away from the elevators.
It was a quite area of the hotel.
The view was OK, We saw some of the skyscrapers .
There was nothing not to like.

The location was great. It is close enough to the pier to walk, and close to the Skytrain station. There are everal nearby restaurants. It was just steps away from a festival at the Art Museum.
A little pricey but I guess a good value compared to some others in the area. The angled hallways were a little disorienting. I felt like I was in a maze.

It was in a great location with easy access to public transport and downtown Vancouver shops and sights. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the facilities excellent. We really appreciated being able to order delicious breakfast to our room and being able to store our luggage after checkout and freshen up for an evening international flight.

The staff on reception were very helpful and organised for us to have early and late check out. The breakfast was tasty but not a buffet so if this is something you prefer it is worth being aware that it is a la carte only. The pool was large and clean most of the time and the room was large and comfortable bed.
Common areas are dated especially near the pool - it looks like it is stuck in the 90's. The pool area was messy and there was a plaster on the floor for two days that did not get cleaned up. The steam room was only accesible via the men's changing room so no steam room option for women only men which does not seem fair.
