This is part of a house in a quiet residential area, very close to the airport. Upstairs, there is one king room ensuite, and 2 queen rooms which share a bathroom. We had both queens, so weren't sharing the bath with strangers. That was nice. The beds were comfy and there was good hot water/pressure in the shower. The downstairs is a spacious open area with kitchen, dining, tv area. Very homey. The kitchen was well fitted out.
Instructions regarding check in could have been better. We were met by the host within minutes of arrival but didn't recei
ve communication of this beforehand. It was'nt clear which entry we should approach. It was fine, just a few moments of uncertainty. Overall very good experience and good value for the money.

The location for my stay was great. It was only 5 min away from family. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Nothing major. The towel hanger in the ensuite and the California blinds could use some maintenance. The bed pillows could be replaced.

Host were helpful getting us a taxi, very much appreciated.
Had a hard time finding the right door. The gate to get to the house could be marked a little better.

Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom
Kitchen and living room were not as nice as the bedroom. No coffee pot or kurig, had a coffee machine but no instructions on how to use it. Couches were uncomfortable. Bedroom doors were squeaky, and the streets around it were horrible to drive and parking was a mess street parking only.

Location was suitable for our activity the next day . Unit had kitchen services , location is 5 blocks from a supermarket and a smaller veggie market. Hot beverage equipment available . Other restaurant services are also available . Location just a few blocks from 2 city bus routes (Granville St and Oak St . and connections to Canada Line subway . Parking is street parking .
The unit to use has a side entrance with its own street number . pay close attention when you find the main house, and look for the supplementary number on a side gate . Parking is street parking. Could be limited

The property was a short distance from the Airport, suited our needs for a one-night stay. Selection of places to eat, not too far from the property to walk to. Helpful and clear instructions from our host. We stayed here after a long haul flight which arrived in the evening. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Next morning we went to the Airport to collect our hire car. We checked out of our room, but left our luggage in the living room/kitchen at the property, security at the property was very good. We collected once we had our hire car. Plumbing and general noises from other guests could be heard, but this wasn't unreasonable, the rooms are quite close together. Met some other guests on occasion in the shared kitchen downstairs - all were respectful of the property and requests from the host.
