Hotel ran out of hot water a couple nights. A hotel of this caliber should not be having water heating issues, even at full occupancy in December.

Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Felt like we had friends at the front desk who were dedicated to making sure we had a good time! The room was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Loved everything about it! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Location, staff was incredibly competent, professional and just lovely. We would return primarily because of the staff. Everyone we came in contact with were so kind, friendly and helpful.
The bathtub was superb! We both loved the room.
Bed was a little soft and uneven.
The corner room doesn't warrant being more expensive than the other king rooms.

The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms were beautifully appointed with every amenity necessary. It was very convenient to have a restaurant attached to the hotel. Citrus water and apples were complimentary and available in the lobby.

I had an excellent stay at the Loden Hotel. The experience felt very personalized and intimate, thanks in part to the hotel’s smaller size and warm atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of always having water with citrus delivered — a small detail that made a big difference.
The gym exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and the quality of the equipment. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Tableau, was another highlight. This French restaurant offers food of truly excellent quality, making it a pleasure to start the day there.
The location is superb — within walking distance of many tourist attractions and downtown, where numerous shuttle buses depart for other key sights. Overall, this hotel delivers a high-quality, personal experience in a prime location. Highly recommended.
A couple of areas could be improved: the TV equipment felt a bit outdated and wasn’t very intuitive to use, and the soap and shampoo containers in the bathroom were somewhat impractical. These are, however, very minor points in an otherwise outstanding stay.
