The front desk agent was amazing. She was very helpful. Check in wasn't until 4. They got us in at 1pm

The Downtown location is very convenient and a good start point for activities and sightseeing. There is easy access to buses/tram and only a short distance to Yaletown station for travel to the airport. The kitchen is well appointed and allowed us to be self sufficient. The internal laundry was a bonus for our week long stay. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and helpful.
A little noisy as our apartment was facing Seymour Street.

Clean and staff did a great job setting up a second bed for my 3 year old and a cot for our 3 month old.
Thin walls, creaky floors and mattress was a bit worn down (could feel the springs)

The accommodation was spacious and the hotel had thought of everything that a longer stay would require. It was all spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, a dish washer, washing up and drying cloths - all we needed and more! The washing machine and dryer were tucked away in a cupboard - with laundry powder supplied for 2 washes! There was ample cupboard space both in the bedroom and the storage room. An impressive apartment! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Nothing - it was superb!
