The location is extremely convenient and accessible to everything downtown, and it’s very well-maintained. Their driveway was useful for loading our things in/out. The porters and additional support staff were attentive, helpful, and patient while my bridesmaids and I prepped for my wedding day and afterwards when my partner and I spent the rest of our time in the suite together!
We were delayed with our check-in process, which was extremely frustrating as I had explained we needed the room to start setting up for the big day. The front desk said they would follow-up when our room was ready (as we arrived a bit early). We had to call back multiple times to see when we could access the room. Fortunately, this was rectified with a later check-out time.
We had asked the concierge for help locating a few things, like a clothing rack so we could start steaming dresses. We were told one would be sent to the room within ten minutes… 40 minutes and two follow-up calls to the front desk, we finally received one. It seemed that there was a lack of communication between staff which led to some easily avoidable delays for us.
We stayed in a suite where the common area had huge windows, and even when we closed the curtains, it took a long time for the air conditioning to cool the room.

The hotel is not suitable for children. The crib they provided was made of metal, and my son kept hitting his head on it throughout the night. It’s very outdated and definitely not child-friendly.
Secondly, they charged extra for almost everything — parking, Wi-Fi, and even breakfast. Even though we booked a breakfast-included package, we were only allowed to choose a fixed set: just eggs, a protein, bread, and a drink. If we wanted anything else, they charged us for it.
I had to talk to them on the phone for 15 minutes to explain that my child wouldn’t eat just eggs. Eventually, they accepted the extra order, but it was very frustrating.

Great location near marina dragon boat racing venue. Great spa just not open sooner or later. Parking on site was very appreciated.
Expensive!!!! Not many restaurants in walking distance, lots of surrounding traffic. Two slices of cheesecake should not have cost me almost $60!! COME ON!! You’re lucky I needed a sugar jolt from walking over 32,000 steps at my dragon boat race during the day.

Room did not have a dresser for clothes and closet was small
The room I booked included breakfast. But breakfast is from a limited menu and only served in the room by room service. I do not eat breakfast my room. I did not order room service one time.
