Excellent central location. Big room with comfy bed, lovely walk in shower, fridge, microwave and usb points etc
I chose this property due to the pool. Sadly it looks a lot bigger in the photos. Amazing hotel but pool was more like a big bath so that was the only disappointment.

Location is excellent, steps to BC Place and Roger's Arena. Approx 10 min walk to skytrain. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were able to drop our bags in the a.m. and got a text when our room was ready.
The toiletries are overly scented (quite perfume-y). Would have been nice to have breakfast included.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel BLU, where I spent 5 nights. My room was a good size… so I had room to move around. The bed was comfortable and the service excellent. The location was excellent too. I was able to get where I needed to go comfortably.
Wish parking in the hotel’s garage wasn’t so expensive.

Location was fantastic! Hotel was very clean and well kept. Facilities were great. staff were super helpful and kind.
Soundproofing was terrible. You can hear other people's normal volume converstions.

very comfortable bed. quiet room. excellent location. helpful staff. no wifi problems. adequate storage space. Nice breakfast (not included in the room charge). Nice umbrellas available for use.
desk chair was so low it was hard to work at the desk. unlabeled levers in the shower made it hard to figure out which lever controlled flow which temperature, and which the choice of overhead as opposed to handheld. getting a comfortable temperature was a challenge --either too hot or too cold. quite a crowd at checkin with only two harried agents to handle the crush -- maybe I was just unlucky. (checkout was a breeze).

The hotel is modern and in a great location in Vancouver - central for transport access to the rest of the city and in a clean and bustling area. The rooms are modern and the cleaning staff are attentive. The staff at check-in and front desk are extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool and sauna are easily accessible and good to use.
The showers are modern but the water output pressure/flow is poor and could do with updating.
