Location on Howe st OK.
This hotel is under extensive renovation in March 2025. Many facilities not available (pool, gym) as works continue. They did send a mail a day before arrival apologizing for the works.
The room in a wing building with a bit inconvenient access. The room was clean, though, with a large bed and sofa.
The extend and the implications of the On going renovations were not clearly announced on the reservation website. Lobby and breakfast facility affected. Noise becomes obvious despite arrangements taken.
No safe in the room.

I got a severe allergic reaction from black mold in the shower. Disgusting!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and it was all around a great stay. We also loved that despite the restaurant being closed for renos there was still an option to buy breakfast at the hotel, which was wonderful both of the days we decided to buy it. We would definitely stay there again!
No complaints. Was definitely a great hotel and fair priced rates for the level of accommodation we had.

Lovely comfortable room, generous in terms of space, and from the seventh floor, I even had a bit of a view. Hotel was quiet, excellently located, and with very helpful staff.
Expensive breakfast, and construction downstairs - but that is clearly a temporary remodelling project.

Road noise was audible, seemed the single pane windows did not soundproof very much but it is a busy downtown road as well.

45.00 to park it should be complimentary considering when I booked had pool few days prior to arriving g received email oool closed ..and toilet handle was backwards .

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the price was great for the value.
I was in a room at the end of the hallway, and there was an stairwell door right next to my room. The door was extremely loud whenever it opened and closed—day and night. It didn’t just echo in the hallway; it honestly sounded like my own room door was being opened and closed, which was very disturbing. It’s a shame because the room itself was really nice.
