Wonderful
Location was just perfect. Close to the main shops, restaurantes, coffee shops, and statadium (literally in front of it). Good staff, amenities and gym (what a positive surprise).
The breakfast could be better, with options and limited healthy options. The taste of coffee was not good at all and they should invest in better vendor.

We had a quiet night in our room on the 8th floor, with no noise from the street or other guests. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

Very Good
Buffet breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and professional. Location downtown was great for access to a variety of locations.
There was construction all around the hotel so getting a taxi/uber was a challenge. As a member the only "bonus" was a bottle of water, but that is a company issue.

Disappointing
Close to Roger’s arena
I believe they judged based on my tattoos maybe ? They made me pay in full for the night and the deposit , was quite rude and arrogant. I had booked a king bed and was put in a two queens with low end looked like an east Hastings run down motel lol
The second night we moved to the king bed and was much better and higher quality, they were not going to hold my luggage and make me wait with my luggage for 4 hours on the room change over…. I had paid some baggage place to hold my bags but a nice man at the desk got us into a king room right away and was shocked they told me they wouldn’t hold the bags and apologized. I truly believe they judged us on our tattoos and maybe travel outfits lol once they realized we aren’t trouble or anything they changed attitude fast. I will probably never stay here again for this reason. Don’t judge books by the cover in the future as you never know. I expected a luxurious hotel for roughly 3-400 a night was not impressed and will go stay at the coast for better quality , comfort , service and price.
