Great location, comfortable and clean room with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and hot water kettle
Staff never came to help us fix the TV or give toilet paper when requested. We had to go downstairs and grab toilet paper from front desk

Staff were very helpful, well equipped communal kitchen, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Maid service was very good, every other day. Good location, within a reasonable distance for exploring shops, etc.
One of the 2 lifts was broken for most of our stay, which sometimes made for a longish wait, especially at peak times, as I didn’t fancy using stairs up to the 9th floor.

Location was really good, central and walkable to everywhere
it's a rundown building, with only one working elevator that everyone wait so long to use. Staff were friendly. The room is spacious and tidy, but I question the cleanliness though. The bed has hair in it, when it's supposed to be fresh sheets for a guest that just checked in. The bathroom has hair all over the walls and ceiling, and has a very strong mold smell, so strong that it gave me headaches for the length of my stay.

Room was clean, bright, comfy, but too close to street level. Not lacking in niceties – good towels, tea kettle, iron & board, small fridge, but no ice available. WiFi and Internet service easily connectable and steady.
Auto access and parking have deteriorated since last year's stay. Difficult to approach and convoluted to leave (only one directional option) without clarifying signage. Elevators extremely slow and unreliable — not very informative about location, direction.
Typically, TV functionality is not described in-room and didn't seem to respond to provided remotes.

Front desk was very good answered all questions
The bath tub filled up with water. When they fixed it they reduced the pressure to shower. It was very slow. One could not have a comfortable shower
The restaurant for breakfast was no acceptable
