Disappointing
The mattress was comfy, and the staff was kind. Location was decent for the places I needed to get to.
The window wouldn't seal properly so it was freezing at night. This also meant I kept waking up from street noises. I was on the 5th floor. My phone in the room wasn't connected properly so maintenance had to come in and fix it. I attempted to utilize the "complimentary Tesla chauffeur", but it wasn't capable of taking me to a location 8 minutes away. I tried to utilize it again later, but apparently it's hours are only applicable during the day.

The hotel was very easy to get to via public transportation. If walking it’s relatively close to the shops and restaurants which was convenient as well!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop restaurant that has a fantastic happy hour. We ended up cancelling dinner plans elsewhere to eat at the hotel as the food and atmosphere was calling to us. Highly recommend!
Room was a bit small but just what we needed for one night. Everything was clean, toiletries were of great quality and the bed/pillows were very comfortable!!
Upon checkout we weren’t told/reminded that the deposit would be refunded back onto the credit card. I got my refund back but it’s nice to be reassured when departing the facility. Not a big dislike, just a little reminded that a small communication goes a long way for some people. :)

Breakfast at La Vallee Restaurant ran out of coffee beans on Saturday and Sunday; therefore no speciality coffee available. I am very disappointed that I was unable to enjoy my choice of coffee with my prepaid breakfast.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Kiti at the front desk greeted me when I arrived, I was extremely tired abs he was very efficient and kind .

The hotel is in a smart location. Easy to get there from downtown and to and from the concert location (which is the reason for our stay). Also, shoutout to Kitty and Mako for being so friendly and accommodating!!
The first toilet stall in the mezzanine female bathroom doesn’t flush and there was poopy in it. :(
Hopes it’s fixed now.

The rooftop area was closed the whole time we were there. The rooftop was the reason why I booked this hotel for one night but I was disappointed.

The staff were amazing ! The facility has a nice vibe. I loved how the bed lit up as a night light when you got out of bed a night. lol
Paying for parking. There were a few renovations going on but that is also a good thing as they are keeping things up to date.
