We are surprised to see that there's a handheld shower head in the bathroom which is very nice and convenient.
We didn't rent a car in Vancouver, so the location of the hotel is excellent as it is only about 5 minutes walking distance to the Waterfront Skyline station. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall, we're happy that we chose this hotel to stay!

Location, room, early checkin and 2 rooms close together were oustanding. Greatly appreciated hotel staff arranging early morning taxi pickup for our family group of 6 with lots of luggage.
Would have liked a more casual eating option since we had young children along. We did delivery with an outside restaurant instead of the hotel restaurant.

A very nice hotel in good downtown location. Expensive parking (as expected). Too noisy crowded bar (had to take our drinks and sit in the lobby). Modern rooms, big for a downtown hotel

The room was the PERFECT size for our group of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We used the living room space for a family movie night and converted the sofa into a bed when it was time for sleep!
The room was clean and amenities provided. The beds were 12/10 for comfort! We all had fantastic sleeps.
The staff were also so accommodating and welcoming. The location is fantastic for accessing any waterfront activities (sea bus, fly over Canada) and only a short walk to shopping.
