easy check in, spacious room
Minor thing could'nt control heat in seperate bedroom, got very stuffy as no air circulation either. Of course being next door to the hospital have to be prepared to listen to sirens.

Incredible value, great location, superb facilities and eating options, brilliant base for much of Vancouver, staff really helpful and accommodating.
Somethings were a bit tired and a bit hotchpotch, but that’s nitpicking. Things like hob hood fan not working and a little hard to keep temperature ideal.

Wonderful
The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to walk to most places in Downtown Vancouver. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was also convenient to have a microwave, kettle, and fridge in the room
There are a couple of downsides, though. First, the bathroom faucet system feels quite outdated, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature — it’s either too hot or too cold. Second, the windows are single-glazed, so outside noise is not well insulated. Being in the city center, traffic noise is quite noticeable even on the 22nd floor, and since the hotel is close to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be heard frequently.

The location was excellent and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable
Upon check in I was not advised anything about car parking, access to the hotel with luggage etc. The driveway attendant did not offer to take our bags.
When we went to the car park there was only access to the hotel from one floor of the carpark, which was full.
I returned to the front driveway to unload our luggage and was not offered any help, I was just told, "you can't park there! Move your car."

Wonderful
Great location, great value, clean, great view, lots of room, staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the conceirge and housekeeping. The beds are very comfy.
When we booked the room we asked for a room that was on high floor and had a view of the mountains and water like the room advertised, they gave us a room on a lower floor with no view and said that they upgraded our room, when we told them that we were not happy with the room that it did not have a view he changed the room back to what we were already booked in for and he put us on a higher floor with a better view which we were very happy about.
Also we arrived a little bit earlier before check-in time from our travels and they were able to check us in earlier so we did not have to wait in our wet clothes.
The hot water in the shower takes a long time to turn hot. When it is very windy, there is a banging sound outside the building somewhere which made it hard to sleep at times but it ends up stopping, but it is not anyways fault.
Would be good if there was a steam room or hot tub but the hotel is still great :)

Close to St. Paul’s hospital and nice area
Having kitchen facilities in the room and having a dog friendly floor.
Someone left a room service tray outside their room on the floor- it was there for at least 12 hours
I used the pool which was kind of out of the way and a bit creepy to be down there alone. I liked my swim and the dressing room was top notch.
I liked the kitchen facilities but the appliances etc were very dated-

Best location for people who have a loved one staying in St. Paul's Hospital.
Make certain to check your emails for emails from Century Plaza. Unpleasant surprises can be avoided if you check your emails.

The location was central to everywhere we wanted to be, including St Paul’s Hospital and some good eating spots. The room was spacious (an executive suite). the bed was comfortable. The amenities were good.
The wifi was slow and the hot water took some time to get to our higher floor.
