The hot tub was a hit with the kids, nice and deep. The wooden keycards were classy. The view from the balcony was excellent.
The price charged to hotel guests for parking was actually in excess of what it would have cost to simply plug the meter in the same parkade.

The location was fantastic! My room was clean and the amenities were great.
The mattress was a nightmare… I had to sleep on the floor for 2 of the 3 nights I spent there because the mattress destroyed my back.

Everything was communicated clearly and went smoothly. The room was more spacious than I expected. Everything seemed solid, functionally sound, and kind of cool.
There was a weird popping or tapping sound that occurred periodically all through the night as if the pipes were heating up (not that that was it, but it sounded like that). It kept me up a bit on the first night, but I got used to it and slept soundly after that.

Wonderful
King size bed, large room, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Surrounded by a large variety of restaurants and shops. Free umbrellas and water fountain to refill bottles. Free shuttle to Capilano Bridge right outside. Staff quickly attended our room to fix a heating problem and then follow up with a call to check it was working ok.
