Quiet and nice room with a lovely view of the city. Super helpful employees in the reception. The location was close to everything and only 50m to Canadian Line straight to the airport.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to a great gym with lions pub handy next door.
Bed could have been newer. For our second visit the pool was out of action being repaired which was one of the ready we booked!

The location was phenomenal! Walk score was a 10 out of 10. Close to many attractions and a multitude of great eateries.
The parking for the hotel was not easy to navigate and should have been noted on website or front desk staff.

The front desk service and concierge was amazing! I'm glad we got the size of room that we did since it was perfect for us to work in while we were traveling.
We wish the bedroom had a door to separate it from the rest of the suite so we could have used both spaces for individual working areas.

The location in the CBD of Vancouver, did not detract from the quietness of the Auberge. The close proximity of the bay, Canada Place and excellent shopping plazas and malls.
That our stay wasn't a longer one, but we will return.

-The suites were large and comfortable ,
-the 4 espresso pods in the room (including 2 decaf) were very appreciated, especially for my very early checkout at 5am
- The staff were very friendly & helpful during check-in with city tips
- The location to Waterfront Station YVR Skytrain was great
- Access to the private health club & pool were a beautiful addition to the booking, with also a very friendly staff there too to welcome you to the gym. - That pool is a gem in the city for relaxation & exercise .
- great location to navigate downtown

This is a fantastic hotel, excellent location within walking distance from all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. Our room had a beautiful view over the harbour and the beds were super comfy! A reminder this hotel does not have a restaurant but that does not matter as there are many cafes and restaurants within 100m of hotel. The hotel has an amazing gym with a huge heated indoor pool and sauna facilities - we loved that!
