Property is not too bad, the staff are very friendly. However I have expectation base on the price I am paying for the place, this place did not meet my expectation for the price I paid them.

It was mid renovations when I was there but still a nice hotel, the free breakfast was solid.
It’s a bit away from the centre of town but only a 5/10 minute uber.

I've stayed here a few times now and am always impressed. They let me check in a couple hours early, which was awesome. My room was huge - way larger than expected - and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I regularly attend hockey games at the Pacific Coliseum, which makes this hotel perfect, regarding location, being that it's only a ten-minute walk away.

The hotel was under renovation, but they’ve done a great job, keeping it nice and clean and easy to get around. Our room was renovated. The bed was super comfy. Everything was wonderful. The ladies that were doing the cleaning were very friendly and kind.

I arrived a few hours earlier than my scheduled check-in time and was able to get into my room at 1 PM. The location was perfect, situated close to the Pacific Coliseum. I was in town for a hockey game and was able to walk to the venue easily. The room was adequate, equipped with a comfortable bed. I slept well. Breakfast was included with the room, which was cool.
The coffee maker in my room did not work and the shower's water-pressure wasn't great.
