Wonderful
Excellent location, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Several hot tubs and pool backing on the slopes. Ski valet was great, lots of parking.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning/heating worked well. Nice touch to have pod coffee machine as well as an electric kettle.
The room was a little dated and the bathroom could have had some renovation-there were signs of water damage around the tub/shower area and paint/caulking needed some revision.

Great location, right in the main street
Very late check in time of 1600 for the price they charge! We requested early check in prior to arrival, as we were checking out of our AirBnB at 10am - I arrived at Grand at about 12pm and was advised our room wasn't ready, which was fine, but I watched repeatedly as other guests arrived and had their rooms available for early check in and we didn't get access to our standard room until 1600, and checked out at about 7am the next morning to depart town - so very expensive stay for 1 very short night.
The restaurant Mantles looks lovely, but food isn't good.

All over the location was great, very close to the chairlift, guest house, and rental ski equipment. The room size, spotless, comfortable, friendly staff and love to sit in the hot tub.

The property is very clean, the beds are a little soft but comfortable. Nice location in the village.
They will nickel and dime you for everything, $35 per day for a dog, even though we don't have daily cleaning, $33 to park so we had a little walk and parked our car elsewhere.
We could not adequately cool the room down. We kept turning the air conditioner on and trying to cool the room down, but it seemed to keep popping back up to temperature. Made for a bad night sleep. This is sad, considering it was almost freezing outside.

Staff were responsive and professional. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Included a small fridge to keep drinks/snacks cold.
Decor is dark (brown, brown and beige), and looks tired. Definitely needs updating - and a good clean. Pool needed to have flies scooped out, only 10 chairs by pool; not enough for a large hotel. Everyone else sat on the concrete. Breakfast was buffet only ($30 each) and average. No a la carte. Had to go to the cashier for our bill. Billed $30 extra for one night of parking. The only notification on this was buried in the 'parking' tab in the facilities section of the Booking website. One elevator out of order both days. Tub/shower combo but no anti-slip pad. Slipped, but fortunately did not fall.

Beds were comfy and the pillows were fluffy. It was very nice to be able to have the doggy with us. The pool and hot tubs are amazing. Great views, clean, and very spacious. Right in the middle of the village, just steps away from literally everything.
Parking and having a pet were both $35 a night so that adds up quick and wasn't listed on the website. Dogs are only allowed on the 2nd floor and they didn't have the right room assigned to me at checkin, but quickly fixed the issue.
