The rep at the desk was very clear that no booking existed for the time and date I confirmed on booking.com.
Your online booking is a lie, once I got to the property they didn't have any request for the date and time I booked on your site. I had to cancel and go somewhere else. I will not be using your online service again.

The front desk clerk, Alice, did an outstanding job of welcoming us to the Westin Wall Center! We arrived early (mid-morning) and did not expect our room to be available until later, we had planned to simply "store" our bags (we just finished a two week cruise down the Alaskan/BC coast) and Alice told us a room was ready!! The room was a beautiful "end" room on the 11th floor. The location relative to the airport & monorail to downtown was great! I had stayed at the Sheraton & Hyatt Hotels (airport location) previously and the Westin Wall Center is by far the best! If we ever travel to Vancouver in the future we will absolutely stay at the Westin Wall Center. Also, received excellent restaurant recommendations from a desk clerk on duty that evening.
There was one issue. We had to catch the 7 AM or 7:30 AM to YVR and went down for breakfast at 6:30. There were 5 people who entered the restaurant ahead of us. I ordered the Belgian Waffle and was told they "were out" as another person just got the "last one". Hard to believe "no waffles" that early in the day. So my wife & I went with a 1/2 order
of the oatmeal. After twenty minutes of waiting, nothing, we notified the waitress we had to catch the (now) 7:30 shuttle, Another 10 minutes went by, no oatmeal, it was after 7 AM and we left the restaurant without breakfast.
Maybe the restaurant should open at 6 AM? Although it should not take 30 minutes to get two half-orders of oatmeal.

Perfect location with only a few mins walk to sky train station. Very helpful front desk staff. Shuttle bus between hotel and airport saved a lot of time.
