Only downside was getting to the parkade from the main floor. Only stairs were available.

Close to airport, easy access to Vancouver.
Noisy a/c heater that I needed to turn off to sleep. Noise from hallways. Sharp object on edge of carpet ( nail or staple coming through the carpet?) was painful. 2nd floor hallway to fitness center smelled like a locker room.
