Hotel is very close to Bridgeport station and airport, so it is easy to get around. Staff are lovely and warm.

Real close and cheap for a stay near YVR
A bit dated and we had a slight cleanliness issue with a towel having hairs on it.

Convenient location but don't count on the shuttle service.
Okay breakfast.
The poor communication. I booked the hotel months in advance due to the shuttle service since I was coming back late after many hours of flight. 24 hours prior to my arrival they sent a text asking me to do the check in online and informing me that the shuttle stops the service at 8:45 pm. When I text back explaining that my flight was arriving between 8:30 pm and 9 pm, which would make impossible to get it, they asked me to phone them. I did it right away, even when I was in Malta 8 hours ahead and with poor communication, and nobody responded. Finally, I had to take a taxi from the airport, which obviously was way overpriced.

Staff was friendly, had some booking issues and the staff handled it professionally and kindly.
Some odor issues in the hallway. Lock on my door was loose. Looked like it was ready to fall off.

The front desk staff were so friendly and top notch. The location to the airport is what drew us and access to the sky train. We could walk to the sky train. Bathroom vanity had ample shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and klenex. Breakfast included was adequate. We were very appreciative to have at least something to eat for breakfast and a good cup of coffee. Breakfast area was old but clean. Staff monitoring breakfast area was great. We were just there to sleep so a lower price was helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel was deplorable. Dated is fine but cleanliness is mandatory. A renovation should have been done 20 years ago. Filthy carpet in hallways. The carpet entering the room was full of crumbs. Room was extremely dated, had a moldy stench and filthy old furniture, too dirty to sit on. Insect ran under couch as we arrived. Bathroom shower had mold and water stains. Poor repair of floor tiles. Toilet seat ajar. No mattress cover. Bed linens looked used and worn. The baseboards had black scuffs everywhere.
Street noise is LOUD!
