Wonderful
Absolutely astonishing view of downtown Vancouver! Nicely furnished clean room.
Arriving at the property we were unsure of who was staff and who were guests of the property. Though we were helped and the staff was more than accommodating! The jacuzzi feature wasn't functioning but that's not the main reason we booked it so it's not that bad.

We stayed in a queen room in a large house with many such rooms and other guests. All facilities are shared, including kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice house with nice breakfast options available.
Parking was a bit tricky with limited spots available on the street and in the driveway.

Was nice to have full amenities to cook with. View on the top of north van is nice.
We knew we had to share the bathroom, but didn’t realize that there are many people staying on all 3 levels. There was only a shower on the upper level and there was no hand towel to dry after washing hands. The noise by our room all night from the door opening and from people upstairs made it hard to sleep and there were lights outside the house that didn’t turn off so we couldn’t make it dark to sleep. The room and bed were small for a couple. Wouldn’t come back. Never met the owner.

The view in the morning was spectacular and everyone was very friendly.
Likely my fault, but the name really lead me to believe I was booking a hotel room and not an B&B. So I was surprised to find myself in a residential area searching for a private home. I was also shocked to find that I needed to leave my room to shower and use the washroom. It was all great though, everything was very clean and tidy.

The location
We stayed there for one night, I asked them to turn on the AC, but they said it was central and it didn’t work during the hot summer night. We couldn’t sleep at all. There was only a big, noisy fan running the whole night, which made it even worse. In the morning, I took a shower and found there was no hair dryer available. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Windows and doors had no screens to keep bugs out.
