The unit size, the full kitchen, the clean areas
It is actually a university residence. The units are spacious and full equipped. However, the standard hotel ammenities are missing and parking is not included. Being inside a university campus, there are no choices for restaurant and bars.

Very efficient and clean. They've done a good job of using their dorm as a hotel. I got good advice from the front staff on where to eat. I was just passing through so I only stayed one night, but it would be comfortable for a longer stay.

It offers free parking, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe campus environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was well-equipped with almost everything I needed.
The air conditioning system automatically switched to heating after cooling for a while, then back to cooling once the room warmed up. I’m not sure if this is for energy-saving purposes, but in practice, it seems to use more electricity and affects comfort. Also, while the reception staff were very friendly, we were assigned a room in the furthest corner of the building, and it was unclear why.

The room had a bad smell, and the shower sink was blocked. Even after 4:00 pm, I had to wait about an hour for my room to be ready. The staff kept asking me to check back instead of just saying they’d call when the room was available. I was tired and had to follow up with them every 15 minutes to see if the room was finally ready.

Clean rooms sizeable rooms with great value. Nice views from campus, not too far out of town. Easy driving access to a lot of attractions near Kelowna.
The shower head sprayed very strong in an awkward angle, it should probably be replaced. The bathroom faucet was really low pressure.
